Mustefa Abakeno’s 18 hectares of farm lies next to Agaro in the Jimma region, western Ethiopia.

Due to a lack of water in the area and limited space, Mustefa ferments the coffee for a short period of time before he moves it to his drying beds, and the result is something similar to a light honey process.

this is a truly hand crafted small batch, expressing the qualities of Ethiopian coffee in a bright a lively cup.

Pineapple and mango notes with wine acidity and syrupy mouthfeel.
